Dive into dinosaurs with this Mesozoic Era: Triassic Period activity! This activity is to be used with the book: My Encyclopedia of Very Important Dinosaurs. You will find a link to the text below.
The Mesozoic Era can be broken into three different periods. This activity focuses only on the earliest period when dinosaurs existed, the Triassic period. In this activity, kiddos will have fun reading independently or with educators to learn about dinos and then answer questions based on what they’ve learned. The encyclopedia is beautifully colored and broken into sections, making it easier for even younger children to locate answers quickly.
They will also have a blast searching for three dinos that existed during the Triassic period and choosing their favorite!
Each vibrantly colored worksheet has four questions in section A and a place to write the names of three dinos in section B.
*These activities work well for kids aged 5-12 years old.
